Terms and Conditions – Shipping & Returns
We ship to all U.S.A states and territories and internationally to select countries. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Also, the shipping rates applied to most items are weight-based. Sometimes an order fits into a flat rate shipping box. The weight of any such item can be found on the products page. The shipping companies round up the weight to the next full pound.
Customers may return most new, unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. A prepaid return label will be provided when the return is a result of our error. Examples such as incorrect item or order received. Also, manufacturer defects; as per manufacturer not due to misuse. Furthermore, damage occurred during transit. This requires proof of damage such as photos. Furthermore, item exchanges may also be requested.
Consequently, the buyer pays return shipping when the item wasn’t needed, the wrong size or incorrect item ordered, etc. Furthermore, any items returned due to insufficient address or failure to pick up. Shall automatically get refunded minus our original shipping cost or 15% restocking fee.
Consumable products brushes, blades, drill bits, dies, taps, cleaning material etc. needs to be new and sealed in the original package to be eligible.
After receiving the return we then process your refund. Then your bank processes our refund request (5 to 10 business days.
